2. Click "Login through CAS"

3. Login through Columbia Authentication (CAS) and complete multifactor authentication, as needed

 

Find Forms

4. Navigate to https://forms.business.columbia.edu/admin/webforms or, in the header, click "Webforms."

5. You should see your available webforms on this page. If you do not see any, please reach out to the webteam for support.

Click on your form or search for it using the the "Keyword" field.

7. Click on your desired form.

 

Access Results

8. Click "Results"

 

View Results Online

9. Scroll down this page to view your results.

10. You can select the field results you are seeing using the "Customize" button.

 

11. Select or deselect fields as desired. Please make sure to keep the "Operations" option selected. Click "Save"

 

Download Results

12. To export a file of your results, click "Download"

13. Use the "Export format" dropdown to select the type of file you would like. By default this will be set to "Delimited text" (CSV), which will open in Excel.

14. To review the columns that will appear in the file, click "Column options" accordion.

15. Review columns, select or deselect as needed. Please note, there will be many fields that are likely not needed.

16. Click "Download"

17. Review downloaded file. If you have used the "Delimited text" option, it is suggested to add a filter option to the top (header) row.
