Please make sure you are connected to “Columbia U Secure” wireless network, or that your computer is directly connected to an Ethernet port.

Type “Software Center” in the search bar.

Select Software Center.

Under the “Applications” session, select the printer nearest to your work location and click “install”.

The Windows installer will run and complete installation in 1 to 2 minutes:
Your printer should be installed after the “Installation complete” prompt confirms configuration of the device. Please print to this device from any of your Windows applications, and feel free to contact your IT support specialist if you need further assistance.
