Professor David E. Weinstein, Carl S. Shoup Professor of the Japanese Economy and Associate Director of CJEB, served as a discussant for this lecture, and noted the many countries which are in danger of default: Japan, Ireland, Greece, Spain, the United States, and Portugal.
