Hugh R. Frater ’85

Hugh R. Frater is Chairman of Vessel Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Frater previously led Fannie Mae as CEO from October 2018 to April 2022 after serving on its Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Frater was a founding partner and managing director of BlackRock, Inc.

Mr. Frater holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
