Ken Cutts is the Director of Marketing for Degree Programs at Columbia Business School. In this role, he leads the team that develops marketing and communications strategies, supporting the work of admissions, to engage prospective students for degree programs. He brings a wealth of enrollment marketing and admissions experience from working at several public and private universities, most notably Parsons School of Design at The New School and University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ken earned his BA in Business Administration from Lakeland University in Wisconsin.
Catherine serves as Associate Director of Social Media as part of the Content Team in the Marketing and Communications Department at Columbia Business School. Catherine manages all five social media accounts representing CBS online, which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Threads.
Jesse Gale is the Vice Dean of Communications and Public Affairs in the Office of the Dean, where she supports the goals and priorities set by the Dean.
Prior to joining CBS, Jesse served as Chief Communications Officer at Bryn Mawr College, Associate Dean for Communications and External Relations at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, and as a director at Columbia’s Office of Alumni and Development. She has extensive experience in communications, constituency engagement, and higher education.

In my previous role, I worked as a business editor at McGraw Hill Professional, where I collaborated with top business leaders to hone their voices and bring their books to life. I have also held several writing and editing roles at national and local outlets, including as the digital editor of the Queens Daily Eagle. My work has been featured on NBC News, MSNBC, and in Fortune magazine.
Wanja Wambu is a Strategist and Designer with experience spanning Workplace Strategy, Hotel Estate Development, Architecture and User Experience. As a strategic guide, Wanja uses design methods to innovate and influence strategy to deliver holistic services and products with data-driven insight. Wanja’s areas of interest include Entrepreneurship, the African Diaspora, and organizations aiming to create a sustainable competitive edge in their respective market.
Roland Wyn Jones serves as the Senior Director of Communications Content within the Marketing and Communications division at Columbia Business School, where he oversees all content creation and social media activities. His team is responsible for disseminating the School’s pioneering research and insights to a broader audience of business leaders and organizations through compelling content and interactive digital experiences.
