David Tamburri

David is a Managing Partner with Health Enterprise Partners having joined the firm 16 years ago.  Previously he was a Vice President for Susquehanna Growth Equity, a private equity group focused on growth stage technology companies. He was formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Onward Healthcare, Inc., a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe portfolio company. Prior to Onward, Dave was an Executive Vice President of Pinnacor, Inc., a General Atlantic portfolio company, which went public.

Dave is currently on the board of directors of Alivia Analytics, Catapult Health, Jet Health, NOCD, Veterinary Innovative Partners and serves as a board observer for Patient IQ. He previously served on the board of directors for Access Physicians (acquired by SOC Telemed), Bardy Diagnostics (acquired by Hillrom), eVariant, (acquired by HealthGrades), HealthQx (acquired by McKesson), Intraprise Health (acquired by Health Catalyst), MobileMD (acquired by Siemens Healthcare), Nordic Consulting (acquired by Accrete Health Partners), Payer Compass (acquired by Zelis), Privia Health (PRVA), Shyft Analytics (acquired by Medidata) and Sapphire Digital (acquired by Zelis).

He is serving a second term on the Health Care Private Equity Association (HCPEA) board. In addition, Dave is also a member of the Healthcare Initiative Advisory Board at Harvard Business School. Dave is a distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
