Rachel L. Rubenstein

Since 2015, Rachel has led an Executive Coaching practice with cross-industry clientele, empowering individuals and teams to drive greater impact through enhanced leadership capabilities, including confidence and presence, communication and presentation skills, and effective networking. Rachel has coached clients ranging from formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs to United States presidential candidates.
Rachel spent many years training and working as an actor, with experiences across theater, TV, and film. Her background in the performing arts coupled with her experience supporting a wide array of clients, contributes to her unique coaching style.
Currently at Goldman Sachs, Rachel serves as an executive coach within the Pine Street leadership development and advisory group. The Pine Street team supports partners and select managing directors across all business areas with talent development programming, 1:1 coaching, and psychological assessments.
In addition to her client work, Rachel serves as an adjunct professor the Leadership and Communication course, “The Leader’s Voice,” at Columbia Business School. She has also served as a Teaching Fellow in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution courses at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
Rachel received a Masters degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, a graduate certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University, as well as a BA in American Studies and Sociology from Kenyon College. She lives in New York.
