Sandra Merrill
Sandra is an Executive, Leadership, and Wellness Coach with extensive experience working with MBA students and alumni, entrepreneurs, career changers, parents, and anyone seeking a balanced and fulfilled life.
Sandra has spent a decade of her career working in higher education with MBA students and alumni, which is where she initially began serving as a coach. As former Senior Associate Director of the Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center at Columbia Business School, she was responsible for the Center’s programming and events in addition to working with entrepreneurs one-on-one, coaching them to achieve their goals. Before joining Columbia Business School, she was part of the Academic Affairs team at NYU Stern School of Business and also managed the Ross Leadership Initiative at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. With a background in public relations, Sandra has always been an advocate for her clients’ success. This dedication has translated into her coaching practice, where she supports individuals from all backgrounds in living their best lives.
Sandra received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute. With a passion for well-being, Sandra is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor. Sandra lives in New York City with her husband and two girls.
