Acadly is one of several methods of attendance tracking available to CBS faculty. Some of your professors might use Acadly to take attendance, and you will be required to use the Acadly app to be marked present in class. Use the resources on this page to learn about Acadly and prepare to use the app during class.
Acadly allows professors and TAs to take attendance automatically with the click of a button. The app utilizes Bluetooth and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology to verify the physical presence of students in the classroom. To be marked present, students must be physically present and must open the Acadly app on their CBS-issued iPad while attendance is being taken. Students who were not issued an iPad will use their mobile device.
