Tracey T. Travis ’86
Tracey Travis is a highly experienced public company board director and C-suite executive who has played an essential role in driving growth and shareholder value across multiple industries. She currently sits on the boards of Meta, Accenture, and the Hyatt Corporation and previously served as a Board Director for Campbell Soup Company and Jo-Ann Stores. Her broad operational and governance expertise spans M&A, digital transformation, rebranding, turnarounds, and CEO succession.
Throughout her career, Tracey has served as a corporate or divisional CFO at five companies, providing trusted guidance to leadership teams during transformation and high public scrutiny. At The Estée Lauder Companies, she elevated the Global Finance, Strategy, and IT organizations into nimble business partners during a period of rapid global growth and brand portfolio M&A. At Ralph Lauren, she strengthened talent and financial analysis capabilities and expanded the company’s owned geographic reach to support its growth agenda. Tracey also served as CFO at The Limited, Inc., American National Can, and Pepsi Bottling Group’s Michigan business unit. She began her career in engineering, finance, strategy, and general management roles for PepsiCo and GM.
Along with her corporate board service, Tracey is Board Chair for Columbia Business School and a Board Director for the Lincoln Center Theater and the Council on Foreign Relations. She earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
