Eviana Bell serves as an Assistant Director within Admissions at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining the Business School in October 2022, she worked at NYU School of Law in the Office of JD Admissions. Eviana graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Anthropology.
Jordan Blitzer is the Director of Strategic Admission Projects. Jordan is a member of the admissions committee, focusing on recruitment for the full-time MBA program. Jordan and her team are responsible for engaging with applicants from all over the world and from a variety of backgrounds. Through on-campus and online events, she helps to build a robust class of students each year. Her team also manages Columbia Connect, an admit event, and other admitted student related activities.
Maura Bonini (she/her) is a seasoned higher education professional and serves as an Assistant Director, Admissions and Recruitment at CBS. Prior to joining the business school, Maura worked as a college counselor and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission in the Bay Area.
Brianna Holt is an author, writer, and DEI specialist focused on expanding opportunities and resources to underserved communities.
Riley Hopkins is an Associate Director of Systems and Slate. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Riley worked in the Office of Admission at Wellesley College and Connecticut College. He received a B.A. in Dance and Psychology from Bates College. Riley is originally from Augusta, Maine.
Megan joins Columbia Business School after a combined 10 years of teaching and working in admissions. Having earned a B.A in Early Childhood Education from Susquehanna University, she began her career teaching students ranging from preschool through 4th grade. Having taught at a private Montessori School in NYC, Megan later joined the admissions team, where she held the role of Associate Director of Admissions and Special Projects for six years.
Josie Landers is an Assistant Director in Admissions at Columbia Business School. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, Josie Landers first moved to the East Coast for her undergraduate degree at Boston College, where she graduated with her B.A. in History/Political Science. Before working in admissions, Josie was a researcher for Princeton University and Columbia Books. Developing a passion for higher education, she earned her M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs New York University in 2023, where she specialized in enrollment management.
Susanna Mathews is Associate Director of Deferred Enrollment. Prior to joining the Business School, Susanna worked in the Office of Admission at Connecticut College as well as a headhunter in the construction and real estate industries. She earned a B.A. in Government from Connecticut College in 2016. Susanna is originally from New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Business School in April 2022, Amanda was the Assistant Director for the Executive MBA program in Washington, DC at New York University. Amanda holds a B.A. in Music and an MBA from New York University. She was born in Connecticut and spent most of her childhood in Rochester, NY, where she discovered her love for music and theatre.
Clare Norton is the Senior Associate Dean of Enrollment Management at Columbia Business School. In this role, she provides leadership, strategic direction, management, and oversight for all activities related to recruitment, admissions, and financial aid. With a commitment to rigor and a passion for promoting equity and addressing disparities of access, Clare is uniquely positioned to lead our enrollment efforts.
Toni Ouyang currently serves as Executive Assistant of the Admissions Office at Columbia Business School. Toni holds a bachelor’s summa cum laude in Fashion Business Management with a minor in Sustainability & Ethics from the Fashion Institute of Technology. After graduating as Valedictorian and SGA President, she worked in Admissions at FIT, where she discovered her passion for guiding the next generation of bright individuals.
Savannah Richerson is an Assistant Director of Admissions. Prior to joining the Business School, she worked as the Admission Associate at Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas. She holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and French from Temple University. Savannah is originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Zara Sayeed is Associate Director in Admissions focusing on operations for the EMBA program. Prior to joining the Business School in June 2023, Zara was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Meta Platforms and McKinsey & Company.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University. Zara is from London and New York City.
Susan Sullivan is a Senior Associate Director in Admissions. Susan focuses primarily on the EMBA programs, but is also involved in recruiting applicants for the full-time MBA program. Prior to joining the Business School in March 1990, Susan was a member of Actor's Equity and spent several years as a social worker in the New York City foster care system. At the Business School, she has held positions in the Office of Public Affairs, MBA Student Affairs, and Admissions. Susan holds a B.A. from Wagner College. Susan was born in Chicago and spent her childhood in Glen Rock, New Jersey.
