Emily is passionate about harnessing the power of data in fundraising and nonprofit administration. A native Midwesterner, Emily received her bachelor of science degree in arts administration from Butler University in Indianapolis. Prior to Columbia Business School, Emily worked at The Town School as Manager of Advancement Services and Constituent Relations, and at the Metropolitan Opera Guild as Manager of School Programs Administration.
Erin Dodd is the Vice Dean for Development and Alumni Relations, leading a team of professionals in major gifts, individual giving, alumni relations, and advancement services.
Prior to joining CBS, Erin served as the Executive Director of Alumni Relations and Development for Cornell in the Northeast Corridor, Managing Director for Development and Campaigns at NYU, and Executive Director for the Annual Fund at NYU. She began her career in fundraising at the American Museum of Natural History and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Elisa Douglas joins the Columbia Business School as Director of Alumni Engagement and Programs with nearly 15 years of experience working with diverse student body and alumni populations. She is passionate about serving, building community, and strengthening alumni engagement. Prior to this, she worked for Fordham School of Law as Senior Director of Alumni Relations and Public Programming and Columbia University as the Director of Regional Clubs and Alumni Relations. Alyson Feezor is an administrative coordinator with over 8 years of experience in client facing roles specializing in order and operations management and clientele relations. Andrew Good is the Director, Partnership Initiatives in Development and Alumni Relations at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Andrew has served in alumni relations roles at Morrison Foerster and NYU Stern. He also held roles in fundraising at Roundabout Theatre Company, career services at NYU Stern, and residential living at Drexel University.
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and his Master of Arts degree in Performing Arts Administration from NYU.
Zachary Katagiri is the Director, Alumni Relations, Design and Web Development, in Development & Alumni Relations. Zachary oversees the planning, creation, and execution of alumni-targeted communications, website development, marketing/promotional materials, and other print and digital initiatives. He partners with cross-functional teams across the Business School and Columbia University to leverage content and insights into compelling outreach strategies for improved alumni engagement.
Lauren Kinsley is an Assistant Director for Donor and Prospect Relations in Development & Alumni Relations. Prior to joining the Business School in May 2022, Lauren spent 3.5 years at Columbia University Event Management. Lauren is originally from California, and received her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in Art History. Lauren discovered her love of fundraising when she worked at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art in the Development Department, assisting in raising funds for a major renovation campaign.
Lauren Miller is the Senior Director for Individual Giving at Columbia Business School (CBS). Prior to CBS, Lauren served in fundraising roles at Cornell University in their Northeast Corridor office and The Ohio State University College of Engineering in Columbus, Ohio. Lauren received her BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
Natalie Settimo is the Leadership Gift Officer I of the Development and Alumni Relations team at Columbia Business School (CBS). In her role, Natalie identifies, cultivates and solicits alumni and friends of CBS for gifts to support the Columbia Business School Annual Fund. Natalie comes to us from Weill Cornell Medicine, where she was responsible for managing donor cultivation and membership programs, as well as leading direct mail campaigns to support the Weill Cornell Medicine Alumni, Planned Giving, and Annual and Special Giving teams. Troy Smith is the Director of Strategic Planning in Development & Alumni Relations at Columbia Business School (CBS). He joins CBS with two decades' experience in development, implementing a wide range of projects to focus fundraising efforts. Previously, he was a consultant with CCS Fundraising, Senior Director of Philanthropic Services at the International Rescue Committee, and the Executive Director of Prospect Development and Campaign Analytics at New York University. He earned a B.A. in history from Catawba College, an M.S.
Pamela Tamay is an Assistant Director on the Alumni and Corporate Relations team at Columbia Business School. Prior to this role, Pam worked in finance at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center for the Celiac Disease Center. She is a graduate of Hunter College and holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Cheryl Tang is the Development Associate for Major Gifts in Development & Alumni Relations. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Cheryl worked at the Consulate General of Ireland and the British Consulate General in New York.
Cheryl received her BA in History and International Relations from Boston University and her MA in European History from University College London.
Talya Westbrook returns to Columbia joining the Business School as Associate Dean for Development in September 2023. She was at Columbia in the Arts and Sciences from 2013-2018.
