Clare Norton is the Senior Associate Dean of Enrollment Management at Columbia Business School. In this role, she provides leadership, strategic direction, management, and oversight for all activities related to recruitment, admissions, and financial aid. With a commitment to rigor and a passion for promoting equity and addressing disparities of access, Clare is uniquely positioned to lead our enrollment efforts.
Pardeep Singh is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the Columbia Business School. Prior to joining the Business School at Columbia, Pardeep worked at Adelphi University as a Financial Aid Advisor and Financial Aid Processor. He also attended Adelphi as a student which is where he obtained his BS in Finance and his MBA with a Specialization in Marketing.
Nikki Wu is the Associate Director of Financial Aid at the Columbia Business School. Nikki obtained a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a M. Ed. in Student Affairs from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the Columbia Business School, Nikki worked at the University of Denver, most recently serving as the Manager of Financial Aid for the Daniels College of Business. In her free time, Nikki enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, going on walks, and reading.
