Aisa Aiyer

Aisa Aiyer is Vice President of Product Management at Axon, where she leads product for Axon Evidence and the Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS), overseeing mission-critical platforms that manage, search, and secure digital evidence for public safety agencies worldwide. Her work focuses on building highly reliable, scalable systems that balance customer trust, operational efficiency, and long-term economic sustainability.

Prior to Axon, Aisa spent nine years at Amazon, where she led product teams across Ads Recommendations, Last Mile Delivery, and International Retail Systems, driving initiatives operating at global scale and powering billions in annual revenue. Her work emphasized system design, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across complex marketplaces. Earlier in her career, Aisa held roles in product, growth, and marketing across cybersecurity, aviation, and consumer packaged goods, and spent five years in investment banking. She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
