Ashley Paczolt is the Senior Director for operations at Reddit, working closely with product management teams to commercialize their advertising products through the global business organizations. Ashley is a driven technology leader who has a successful track record of unlocking the next growth stage of companies through the integration of people and technology. She is recognized as a team builder with a strong background in operations, product, analytics, and sales. As a natural leader with a record of success advancing the overall product strategy of a global business, Ashley brings success designing and implementing a strategic and operating approach, infrastructure, cadence, plan and process to increase organizational clarity, accountability, pace and delivery.
Previously, Ashley held the role as Senior Director, Global go-to-market Operations – LMS for LinkedIn, Manager of Go-to-Markey Strategy and Operations for Rocket Fuel and as Director of Strategy, Operations and Customer Success at Altitude Digital Partners.
Ashley is an advisor and angel investor, promoting early-stage product development in the HiTech, HealthTech, and EdTech space. She is currently completing an MBA at Columbia University and an MBA at the University of London. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Portland. She has also completed product and project management certification and training.
