She supported end users as product owner for a next generation ad-serving interface, improving customer satisfaction and decreasing critical cases by 300%.
Ashley joined Altitude Digital Partners as Manager of Operations and Customer Success, with promotion to Director of Strategy, Operations and Customer Success, Ashley was recruited as employee #4 and promoted to establish operations and customer success teams. Her efforts drove rapid business growth by identifying and unlocking revenue streams with a competitive advantage.
Ashley is an advisor and angel investor, promoting early-stage product development in the HiTech, HealthTech, and EdTech space. She is currently completing an MBA at Columbia University and an MBA at the University of London. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Portland. She has also completed product and project management certification and training.
