Carlos Singer

Carlos is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Finance Bank, Miami, Florida. He has also been the Interim CEO (June 2023-June 2024). IFB is a mid-sized bank in South Florida engaged in commercial real estate lending, commercial and industrial loans, residential lending and corporate loans.

Carlos is also the Director of Alta Direccion Latin America, Miami, Florida. Alta is a financial firm based in Chile with operations in the USA, Peru, Mexico and several other markets. Alta provides financial solutions including debt financing in international and local markets.

Carlos is also Senior Advisor at ACP Group in Miami Florida. ACP is a broker dealer involved in trading, investment banking and wealth management. Carlos is engaged in investment banking and private equity activities, institutional relationships and introduction to family offices.

In the past, Carlos was a senior manager at Wells Fargo, Financial Institutions Group, directing a team of relationship managers and regional offices serving financial institutions in Latin America.
