For this specific position, an ideal candidate can also have a background in Psychology, Sociology, or related social science fields, with a strong interest in the application of experimental and social psychological methods to the study of organizational behavior. Areas of interest may include diversity and equality initiatives, labor markets, and organizational policies.
A successful candidate has:
- Familiarity with the concepts of regression, including both experimental and non-experimental methods
- Demonstrated interest in the topics of Organizational Behavior, Psychology, and/or Sociology
- Familiarity with working with cross-sectional, experimental, longitudinal, and/or archival data
- Experience with experimentation in online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Prolific, Amazon’s Mechanical Turk etc.)
