Executive Education

In Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate hosted a 3-day course on Real EstateInvesting in-person at its Manhattanville Campus.

The course is developed and taught by the faculty of the MBA Real Estate program at Columbia Business School and has been designed to serve business professionals and executives, including lawyers, lenders, investors, members of a family business, private wealth advisors, fund managers, CIOs, or other professionals who want to enhance or refresh their understanding of the real estate industry.

The 3-day module is intended to reach a wide range of participants across industries, helping each to sharpen their acumen of real estate principles, or simply to serve as a refresher for those within or on the periphery of the real estate industry.

Recent cohorts included participants from 10 different countries including Italy, Australia, Singapore, Kuwait, Turkey, Lebanon and Congo.

In addition, in Spring 2023 the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate introduced a new online class, Real Estate Investing Strategies. The program is 6 weeks online.
