Brendan Keen '24

Brendan Keen is an Associate, Investments at Pennybacker. Brendan is responsible for supporting the sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing of potential real estate and real estate related investments.

Brendan began his investment career in 2017 and joined Pennybacker in 2019. Prior to joining Pennybacker, Brendan was an Analyst, Real Estate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Brendan earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Additionally, Brendan is a member of Columbia Business School’s Real Estate Circle and ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group.
