Dylan Small is a Senior Associate at Energy Impact Partners (EIP), where he focuses on early-stage and growth investment opportunities across the built environment.

Prior to joining EIP, Dylan worked at Fifth Wall, where he invested across early- and late-stage climate funds spanning clean energy & electrification, resource efficiency, analytics, construction, and carbon sequestration.  Dylan started his career as an engineer for infrastructure construction and later oversaw design & construction for a New York-based commercial real estate developer and asset manager.

Dylan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
