Elinor R. Hoffmann
Elinor is the Antitrust Bureau Chief in the Office of the New York Attorney General. Prior to joining that Office, she was a partner in the firm of Coudert Brothers LLP for 16 years. Throughout her career, Elinor has focused on antitrust litigation and counseling, and other complex litigation. She also taught antitrust courses as an Adjunct Professor for over a decade, and serves in the leadership of the antitrust sections of the ABA and New York State Bar Association.
Elinor received her J.D. (cum laude) from Brooklyn Law School and her LL.M. in Antitrust and Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law. She has been admitted to the bars of New York State, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
