Gentry Ashmore Hoit '90*

Based in South Florida between West Palm Beach and Miami, Gentry Ashmore Hoit is the Founder of GAH Real Estate. She advises commercial real estate companies, ownership teams, executives, and investors through growth, transition, capital strategy, and enterprise value creation.

Gentry’s career has placed her on multiple sides of the table: as a principal, owner/operator, executive, investor, capital markets leader, board member, and advisor. That perspective allows her to understand not only how commercial real estate companies are financed and structured, but how they operate, scale, and make decisions at critical moments. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Georgetown University.
