Jared Toothman '12*

Jared Toothman is Executive Vice President and Market Leader for Lincoln Property Company’s New York City market. Jared joined Lincoln in 2023 from Vornado Realty Trust where he was a Senior Vice President overseeing acquisitions, development, and capital markets functions for office, retail, residential, and hotel properties held by the REIT and Vornado Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund.

At Vornado, Jared helped assemble, capitalize, and execute a number of prominent projects in New York City including 350 Park Avenue, a 1.7 million sq. ft. office development joint venture; 220 Central Park South, a 620,000 sq. ft. condominium project that shattered national sales records; and 1535 Broadway, a redevelopment of the retail and signage at the ~2,000 key Marriott Marquis in Times Square, which now features the largest digital sign in NYC.

Prior to Vornado, Jared was a Director at Eastern Consolidated, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in NYC. He started his career as an Analyst with Bear Stearns.
