John Pugh is Chief Risk Officer at Apterra, bringing over 25 years of experience in infrastructure and energy finance, project finance and risk management. Prior to joining Apterra, he was the Chief Risk Officer at GE Vernova Financial Services. John spent most of his career at GE Energy Financial Services, where he held several leadership positions, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Oil & Gas Infrastructure portfolio. He received his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and has a BS in Finance from Montana State University.
