Josh Lauder '26
Josh Lauder is an incoming Senior Presidential Associate in the Marketing track of The Estée Lauder Companies’ CEO Global Presidential Program. He previously worked in digital media production, business development, and strategic partnerships at Indagare Travel.
Josh co-founded and co-chairs the Dragon and Eagle U.S.-China Rising Leaders Council at Asia Society and the Young Professionals Committee at the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation. He also serves on the advisory board of the Socrates Program at the Aspen Institute.
He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a B.A. in Science, Technology & Society with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Silicon Valley, California, Josh lives in New York City with his wife, Katherine, and their two sons.
