Nancy Lashine '81*
Nancy is the Founder and CEO of Park Madison Partners, where she leads the Executive Committee and all aspects of the firm’s activities. She is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving new business opportunities and overseeing client management.
Nancy has over 35 years of real estate and investment marketing experience. Prior to forming Park Madison Partners, Nancy was a strategic consultant advising leading institutional real estate investment managers on marketing initiatives. Nancy was an early member of the real estate private equity firm, The O'Connor Group, and began her finance career as an investment banker at LF Rothschild, Unterberg and Towbin.
Nancy earned her MBA at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a BFA, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve in Dance Theatre. She serves on several Boards including Kimco Realty, Global Trustees of ULI, Columbia MBA Real Estate Advisory Board, and is a past board member of the Pension Real Estate Association. She lives in New York and is an avid dance enthusiast.
