Julius Mokrauer
Julius Mokrauer is a Managing Director for Evolve (Evolve Ventures & Evolve Foundation), whose mission is to reduce inner suffering and facilitate inner transformation at scale. Within Evolve, he also co-founded Evolve Labs, the organization's internal product-development and venture-acceleration division, building technology and software aimed at expanding human consciousness and pro-social outcomes. Prior to Evolve, he was Managing Director/Fund Manager at Serious Change, one of the pioneering early-stage impact venture funds, where he continues to serve as a board representative/strategic advisor. He serves as a member of the Investment Board of the Tamer Fund for Social Ventures at Columbia Business School. Previously, he had a varied career including being a serial entrepreneur, a proprietary trader on Wall Street, and a group leader at Merck R&D (holds patents). He holds an MBA from Stanford, an MS/BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers, College of Engineering and patents on pharmaceutical technology. He lives in New York Metropolitan area with his wonderful wife, Daniela, and his terrific children: Isabella, Zachary, and Xander.
