MTGE Investment Corp. Elects Steven Abrahams to Board of Directors
MTGE Investment Corp. ("MTGE" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MTGE) announced on March 10th that its Board of Directors has elected Steven W. Abrahams to the Board effective immediately. MTGE's Board of Directors now consists of five members, including four independent directors.

Steve's significant experience with, and expertise in, U.S. mortgage-backed securities and global fixed income investing will complement the strong and diverse skill set of our existing Board," said Gary Kain, MTGE's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Abrahams also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Economics at the Columbia Business School.
