Lea Guberina-Sulc ’12
Lea Guberina-Sulc is the owner of LGS Management LLC, a real estate company offering project management oversight for owners and developers. Prior to starting LGS Management LLC, Ms. Guberina-Sulc spent six years as a Senior Vice President at Witkoff. At Witkoff, Ms. Guberina-Sulc was responsible for the oversight of development on several projects including 215 Chrystie Street (condo residences and PUBLIC hotel) and 701 7th Avenue in New York and pre-development of Drew Las Vegas, Witkoff’s multi-billion dollar development project in Las Vegas. Ms. Guberina-Sulc has over 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Witkoff, Ms. Guberina-Sulc worked at BlackRock in the Real Estate Private Equity Group, and was responsible for overseeing acquisitions for the New York tri-state area and Pennsylvania. She was also a member of the real estate portfolio management team, where she conducted portfolio analytics, fund investment strategies, and investor relations. Prior to joining BlackRock, she worked at Cape Advisors as a project manager on several luxury condominium and hotel projects. Ms. Guberina-Sulc graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University and received her MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.
Ashley Anderson '21
Ashley Anderson is an Associate at Hodes Weill & Associates, a capital advisory firm focused on real estate and real assets funds management. She is a member of the Columbia Business School Class of 2021. During school, Ashley was the Co-President of Columbia Women in Business and the Associate VP of Education for the Real Estate Association. She previously worked at Epoch Investment Partners in New York and, prior to joining Epoch, led business development efforts at Apartment Therapy Media. She received a BBA from Baylor University.
