Adele Teh is an Investment professional with experience in growth equity, investment banking, and strategy across Asia and Europe. She is an MBA graduate from Columbia Business School (CBS) and currently part of the IFC Young Professionals Program, focused on deploying capital in the private sector to drive growth and foster shared prosperity in developing markets.

During her time at CBS, Adele deepened her focus on private equity through fieldwork with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Secondaries, the London PE Trek, Deal Camp in Montauk, and active engagement with the PE community. She also served as a Teaching Assistant in complementary finance courses.
