Frank Tull `26

Private Equity Fellow Class of 2026
Private Equity Program
Tull headshot

I am Frank Tull, a 2nd year MBA candidate at Columbia Business School. While in business school, I have interned at Durational Capital Management (private equity fund focused on take-privates) and Halle Capital (lower middle market buy and build private equity firm). Prior to business school, I spent 4 years at Glenview Capital (a long / short fundamental equity hedge fund) and I completed my undergrad studies at Brown University where I was a varsity football player.

CBS has been an integral part of my transition to private equity. Through CBS I have had strong training outside of the classroom (including the PE Club’s interview training series and the Elevate on campus training) combined with the private equity program’s rigorous academic training and strong inclusion of industry practitioners, which have allowed me to quickly get up to speed on the industry. Additionally, the ability to take the Field Study course and get to spend valuable in-person time interning with a private equity fund changed the trajectory of my recruitment.
