What draws me to PE is the chance to combine the operator mindset I built at Accenture - working alongside executives to transform multibillion dollar enterprises - with the analytical rigor I've developed on the capital markets side, including financial modeling work that deepened my understanding of how capital structure shapes outcomes. In consulting, I could help design the strategy. In banking, I could help structure the deal. Private equity is where both come together - and where you're accountable for what happens after the close.
