Priya Gandhi is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, specializing in consumer growth equity. Her experience spans consumer & retail investment banking at UBS, consumer tech growth equity at Leeds Illuminate and Tortuga Growth Partners, and family office investing in service-based businesses at The Rooted Ventures. Prior to Columbia, she supported private equity clients on operational diligence and value creation as part of Deloitte’s M&A Consulting group. Priya Gandhi is passionate about partnering with brands and management teams that define the next wave of consumer innovation.

At Columbia Business School, I have focused on building a strong foundation in consumer investing through internships in growth equity, family office investing, and consumer & retail investment banking, complemented by coursework in the Private Equity Program. This year, I am organizing the consumer investing panel, “Add to Cart: Growth Equity’s Bet on the Next Iconic Brand,” at the 2026 Alleycon Conference, which brings together top growth investors to discuss the evolving landscape of consumer brands. I am also participating in the Private Equity Field Study, a selective, application-based course pairing MBA students with PE firms, where I work directly with a middle-market fund on an active investment thesis, and will serve as the Teaching Assistant for the Field Study next semester.
