Hiring
Recruiting for full-time positions and summer internships occurs both on- and off- campus. Firms come to campus to lead information sessions, participate in career fairs, and interview candidates for open full-time or summer internship positions. Off-campus, firms host events in their offices or utilize online resources to recruit students or alumni.
In addition, students are encouraged to regularly browse through real estate-specific job boards:
To share a job posting with current Real Estate students and/or real estate alumni, please send a job description and application instructions to Angela E. Lee.
If you would like to broaden your search, the Columbia Business School Career Management Center's comprehensive recruiting program can help you attract candidates for your anticipated openings and as-needed hiring requirements. You can post open positions within your organization on the CMC website to recruit Columbia Business School's current students and alumni. Please contact Nicholas Kalogeropoulos for further details or if you have additional questions about real estate recruiting at Columbia Business School.

Real Estate Career Forum
The Columbia Business School Real Estate Association, Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate, and the Career Management Center co-host an Annual Real Estate Career Forum during at the top of the spring semester.
The forum is an opportunity for real estate companies to introduce themselves, share ideas, and network with current Columbia Business School students. This event offers real estate organizations a unique opportunity to forge deeper ties with the Columbia Business School community and recruit future business leaders.
