Eric S. Haueter is a corporate partner in the San Francisco office. His principal areas of practice include corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Haueter is recognized as a leading capital markets lawyer in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and Chambers Global. He was also named as one of the leading lawyers by the Legal 500 for his work in capital markets. He was named a 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group based on a survey of corporate counsel from more than 250 Fortune 1000 companies, making him one of only three lawyers to have been named to the Team for more than four consecutive years.

Mr. Haueter has represented underwriters and issuers in a broad range of public and private debt and equity financings, merger and acquisition transactions and other matters.
