Robert J. Rosen, JD '79
Robert Rosen has served as a Managing Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC since 1998. The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company invests capital in, and applies management expertise to, corporate and asset restructuring in selected investment opportunities generally involving real estate assets. The company controls assets with a gross asset value of more than $500,000,000.
From 1990 through 1998, Mr. Rosen was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Odin Management Company, LP and Newkirk Limited Partnership, two companies, which were formed to manage operations of 175 limited partnerships that were syndicated by Integrated Resources, Inc. These companies and the assets they controlled were sold in 1997 and 1998. Prior to 1990, Mr. Rosen practiced real estate and securities law as a senior partner at Hertzog, Calamari & Gleason and Rosen, Hacker & Nierenberg.
Mr. Rosen graduated cum laude with departmental honors in political science from the University of Massachusetts where he is currently an adjunct professor in the political science department. He is a graduate of Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is also a member of the Dean’s Council Columbia Law School.
