Adrianne Johnson
Adrianne Johnson is the Senior Associate Director of Network Engagement at the Tamer Institute for Social Enterprise and Climate Change at Columbia Business School. She leads the Institute's network engagement strategy, cultivating relationships among students, alumni, practitioners, faculty, and organizational partners to advance social enterprise and climate leadership. Her work includes overseeing the Climate Practitioners Network and the Nonprofit Board Leadership Program.
Adrianne brings more than 12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and program management across higher education, international development, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector. Throughout her career, she has designed and led initiatives that connect communities to expand opportunity, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and advance education and social impact. She holds a MA in International Development from American University and a BA in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Oklahoma and her work has taken her around the world, including living and working in Ukraine and Thailand and partnering with organizations across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Adrianne has remained committed to service through volunteer leadership and community engagement and is excited to build Columbia networks that support student learning and engage alumni and communities.
