Brandon Kelly

Brandon joined Columbia Business School in 2019 and currently serves as Senior Associate Director, Business Applications & Data Operations in the Career Management Center. In this role, he oversees technology platforms and data systems that support the school’s career programs and serves as a primary liaison to external software vendors. He also leads data collection, analysis, and reporting initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, career programming, and student/graduate employment outcomes.

Prior to joining the CMC, Brandon worked in the Office of Student Affairs, where he managed the EMBA-Global and EMBA-NY programs and served as the lead for EMBA events and graduation ceremonies. His experience spans higher education operations, educational program administration, project management, data strategy and analytics, and collaboration with international partners and constituents. Brandon holds a Master of Arts from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. Outside of work, he is an avid reader and is currently learning Spanish.
