Denise Boneta

Denise (she/her) is the Assistant Dean of Strategic Engagement within the Office of Student Affairs at Columbia Business School. In this role, she focuses on initiatives that enhance the student experience and strengthen organizational impact. A proud New Yorker from Queens, Denise brings a range of experience from her time at New York University, Barnard College, Hofstra University, and Teachers College.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Childhood/Special Education from NYU and a Master of Education in Social Justice Education from UMass Amherst. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College.
