Diane Matuzak is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of driving recruitment strategies for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. ​ With extensive experience in managing high-performing recruitment teams, Diane specializes in aligning talent acquisition solutions with business growth objectives and fostering inclusive hiring practices. ​

Most recently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter with Microsoft, Diane partnered with hiring leaders to develop inclusive staffing plans, enhance talent pipelines, and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. ​ Previously, as EVP of Talent Acquisition at Zeno Group, she led a team of six recruiters, implemented regional employment branding strategies, and utilized data-driven insights to refine recruitment methods.

Diane’s tenure at USA TODAY NETWORK as Director of Executive Search/TA and Employer Branding saw her leading executive searches, managing a team of 20, and spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives. ​ She also developed a Recruiter Playbook and oversaw a year-round internship program. ​ At Conversant Media, Diane held leadership roles in talent acquisition, achieving aggressive hiring goals and introducing innovative initiatives like behavioral interviewing and candidate experience studies. ​

Her career began at Lynne Palmer Executive Search, where she specialized in recruiting senior-level professionals in media, publishing, and entertainment industries. ​ Diane holds an MBA in Business Management from Adelphi University and a BA in Industrial Psychology/Sociology from Wheaton College. ​ Her expertise in recruitment strategy, team leadership, and diversity initiatives makes her a visionary leader in talent acquisition. ​
