Previously, as EVP of Talent Acquisition at Zeno Group, she led a team of six recruiters, implemented regional employment branding strategies, and utilized data-driven insights to refine recruitment methods.
Diane’s tenure at USA TODAY NETWORK as Director of Executive Search/TA and Employer Branding saw her leading executive searches, managing a team of 20, and spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also developed a Recruiter Playbook and oversaw a year-round internship program. At Conversant Media, Diane held leadership roles in talent acquisition, achieving aggressive hiring goals and introducing innovative initiatives like behavioral interviewing and candidate experience studies.
