Ivy Chen

Ivy Chen is an Associate Director in Executive Education at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, she worked across international education, strategic communications, and cross-border initiatives spanning North America, Asia, and Australia.
She previously supported communications and digital content initiatives at the United Nations Headquarters, including side events related to the United Nations General Assembly. She has also led large scale public engagement and experiential initiatives across seven major cities in China and the United States, bringing together global brands, public sector partners, and international audiences through cross-cultural collaborative programs.
Ivy holds a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Washington. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
