Jaci Czarnecki Thompson

As an executive in university administration for nearly 20 years, Jaci excels at identifying opportunities for collaboration and has learned to creatively manage resources - financial, human, and operational - to achieve great results, together. Jaci led enrollment and student services for NYU Global Programs for 15 years before joining Weill Cornell Graduate School as Chief Administrative Officer. In 2022, Jaci leapt from higher education to join the founding team of a startup focused on democratizing access to executive coaching. With deep expertise in strategic planning, relationship management and leadership development, Jaci is a resourceful and creative leader who facilitates powerful results for the people and organizations she represents. She has a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from NYU, bachelor's degrees in Spanish and International Studies from Penn State University and an executive coaching certification from Beyond Barriers. Jaci is deeply committed to issues of gender equity, access to education and cultural exchange.
