Joni Coughlin

Joni Coughlin joined Columbia Business School in 2022 and is the Senior Associate Director, International, in the Career Management Center advising MBA students on a wide range of professional skills including job search strategies and career planning.

Prior to CBS, Joni worked in higher education at Michigan Ross and Harvard Business School. Her previous corporate experience includes Brand Management at the Kellogg Company and Corporate Finance at the Ford Motor Company. Joni has also lived and worked internationally across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei, and Moscow. Joni holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
