Lisa Andujar-Ray

Lisa Andujar is the Director of Academic Administration for the Management Division at Columbia Business School, providing strategic and operational leadership in support of faculty, research, and academic programs. She brings a wealth of experience in academic and research administration, complemented by prior leadership roles in corporate and nonprofit organizations across marketing and development. Lisa holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University. Outside of work, she is the proud mother of a daughter and enjoys traveling, listening to music, and singing.
