Long Wu

Long Wu is the Executive Director of Career Education and Student Engagement in the Career Management Center at Columbia Business School. He leads career education and student engagement strategy, with a focus on student advising, industry-focused career education, partnerships with professional student organizations, and career strategy and programming for international students. Long brings more than a decade of experience in higher education and has presented at national conferences. Prior to joining CBS, his experience included leading career center operations at NYU’s Wasserman Center for Career Development and career services at Mount Sinai’s Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, as well as working in enrollment management at Rutgers University. He holds a BA in Communications from Northeastern University and an MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. Long is currently a PhD candidate in Higher Education at Rutgers University, where his research examines career decision-making of first-generation college graduates.
