Michelle Yu

Michelle Yu is the Executive Director leading Custom Programs and Strategic Accounts within Executive Education at Columbia Business School. In this role, she oversees the design, development, and delivery of bespoke executive programs and manages sophisticated strategic client engagements. She leads Executive Education’s efforts in the APEC market, driving growth and deepening partnerships across the region.

Michelle partners closely with senior clients and global organizations to tailor programs that address complex business challenges, leverage Columbia faculty research, and build leadership capability at scale.

Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Michelle worked in executive education at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and began her career in the art industry at Christie’s. Michelle received her MBA from INSEAD and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
