Nikki de Castro

Nikki de Castro is a Senior Associate Director of Career Education and Advising in the Career Management Center. She supports the design and delivery of career education and professional development programs, while also providing individualized career advising for students.
Prior to joining Columbia Business School, Nikki worked in the Graduate Admissions Office at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where she advised MBA and MS students and played a key role in the recruiting lifecycle, including programming, recruiting operations and strategy, and student support initiatives. She also brings eight years of accounting and consulting experience, with prior roles at Riveron, KPMG, and EY, spanning financial advisory services, federal government advisory, and financial services assurance.
Nikki holds a Master of Science in Education from Fordham University, a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
She is passionate about helping students translate their experiences into meaningful career opportunities and is committed to expanding pathways to professional success.
