Sandra Cortez

Sandra Cortez is an Associate Director of Operations in Executive Education. Prior to joining Columbia Business School Executive Education, Sandra held roles leading education abroad programming across two colleges in New York City. She developed and managed international exchange and affiliated partnerships with institutions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Sandra oversaw a portfolio of more than 20 study abroad programs and worked directly with faculty to launch innovative international learning opportunities, including securing grant funding to support new program development. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Education in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College's Marxe School of Public and International Affairs. Sandra grew up in the neighborhood of Washington Heights in NYC, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
