Danielle Cervelli-Momin is a beauty marketing leader with deep experience in global marketing, brand strategy, and commercial execution. She is currently Head of Marketing for Bobbi Brown North America, where she drives product growth through multi-channel, insight-led strategies and leads impactful 360° brand activations across consumer touchpoints.
Previously, Danielle held global marketing roles at Clinique and Bumble and bumble and helped drive double-digit growth at Bobbi Brown International by translating global plans into locally-relevant innovation and storytelling across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
Danielle entered the beauty industry after earning her MBA from Columbia Business School and began her career in banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Keri Taub

Keri Taub is the head of Strategy at Bloomingdale’s, a subsidiary of Macy’s Inc, where she guides the Executive Committee in setting the long-term vision and ambition for Bloomingdale’s.This has led to a growing track record of setting aspirations, building roadmaps, and operationalizing strategic plans to meet the needs of four constituencies: our customers, our colleagues, our vendors, and our investors. Keri has spent over 12 years at Bloomingdale’s in roles spanning Customer Insights, Loyalty & Credit, and International Marketing. While receiving her MBA from Columbia Business School, Keri spent time consulting for small businesses and as an innovation consultant at SmartDesign. In addition to her MBA, Keri has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, focused on Economics and Consumer Psychology.

Leszek Edward Golabek is Head of Marketing, CRM & Education for Watches & Fine Jewelry at CHANEL, where he leads end-to-end product orchestration and client and advisor engagement strategies across the Watches & Fine Jewelry division. Over nearly eight years at CHANEL, Leszek also worked in Client Insights across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry. Prior to CHANEL, Leszek was a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients across multiple industries and geographies on growth and transformation initiatives. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an LLB/BEcon from the University of Western Australia.

Pierre-Antoine Bollet is a luxury industry leader with two decades of experience driving growth for some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. Most recently, he served as the General Manager, Americas at Christofle, overseeing the brand’s largest export market. His career in the luxury sector includes pivotal roles at La Maison du Chocolat, Sotheby’s, and Rémy Cointreau (LOUIS XIII).
In addition to his corporate leadership, Pierre-Antoine is a committed advocate for the future of the industry, having served on the Board of the Luxury Education Foundation (LEF). He holds an MSc in Marketing from EDHEC Business School.
A New Yorker for 19 years, Pierre-Antoine’s deep ties to the city began as an entrepreneur when he founded and sold an event production company. Today, he lives in Westchester with his wife and two children. He brings a blend of global business acumen, Franco-American culture and local perspective to today's panel
