Guidelines for Posting to the Campus Screens

Step by Step Guide

• Include content name, date, time, location, QR code (if applicable), and any other key information.
• Submit requests via the Hive form at least 72 hours before the posting date; otherwise, we cannot guarantee timely display.
• For student requests, we will confirm with OSA before posting, which may require an additional 24 hours.
• Screen dimensions must be 1920x1080.
• Images should be in JPG or PNG format, and videos must be in MP4 format.
• Typically, we post one screen per event. For special occasions requiring more than one screen, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
• Videos are welcome but will be posted without audio, so captions are required if there is spoken content. Please keep videos under 1 minute.
